Hi Everyone! This past week I´ve visited different schools to promote taekwondo and talk about the Olympic Games.
Hola a todos, esta semana pasada he visitado diferentes colegios para promocionar el taekwondo y hablar de los valores Olímpicos.
It was very fun and all the kids were very interested in taekwondo and hearing about my experiences.
Fue muy divertido y todos los niños estaban muy interesados en el taekwondo y mis experiencias.
I visited the Leonardo Da Vinci bilingual school in Moralzarzal and the Pinosierra International School in Tres Cantos.

My goal was to transmit to them that with hard work and sacrifice anyone can achieve their goals. You just have to know what you want and go after it no matter what, the people that make it to the top are those who are consistent and never give up.
Mi objetivo era transmitir a los niños que con trabajo y sacrificio cualquiera puede lograr sus metas. Solo tienes que tener claro que es lo que quieres e ir a por ello pase lo que pase. Los que llegan a la cima son aquellos que son constantes y nunca se rinden.

Next week I will be travelling to Manchester, to the European Championships, as you know, I wont be competing because of an injury, but my eye is finally healed and I can start training hard again as soon as I get back!!
La semana que viene viajare a Manchester al Campeonato de Europa, como ya sabeis no puedo competir por una lesion, pero mi ojo ya se ha recuperado y puedo empezar a entrenar a tope en cuanto vuelva!!
